Nothing is added simply to fill a shelf. When something meets the standard, it opens as a collection. When it doesn’t, we pass. That restraint is the point — the pleasure of a short, sure list over an endless one.

How we choose
Evidence over adjectives.
We would rather tell you less and mean all of it than dress a product in language it cannot carry. Every collection is judged on where it comes from, how it is made, and whether it is genuinely worth your table or your shelf.
When we can name the origin, the grade and the maker, we do. When a claim cannot be stood behind, it does not appear. This is how a house earns trust: quietly, and over time.
