2. Our products
We offer a small, considered selection of goods. We describe each product as accurately as we can; slight natural variation in colour, weight and appearance is normal, particularly for natural products. Product images are for illustration.
3. Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will let you know and refund any payment taken.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We take payment securely at checkout. We reserve the right to correct any obvious pricing errors before dispatch.
5. Delivery
We deliver within the United Kingdom. Delivery options, costs and estimated timescales are shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Returns information. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.
6. Cancellation and returns
If you are a consumer, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel most orders within 14 days of receiving the goods and return them for a refund. Certain goods are exempt, including perishable items and sealed food or health products that have been opened for reasons of health or hygiene. 7. Faulty or misdescribed goods

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses. Our total liability in connection with an order will not exceed the price paid for that order.

11. Events outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. If such an event occurs, we will contact you and the time for performance will be extended.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
