Welcome to KHORONE LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website khorone.co.uk (the “Site”) and any purchases made through it. By placing an order or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Company Information

2. Products and Pricing

We aim to describe our products as accurately as possible. Colours and details may vary slightly due to display settings. All prices are shown in GBP (£). As we are not currently VAT registered, no VAT is added to our prices. We reserve the right to change prices at any time before an order is confirmed.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order through the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is only formed once we send you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

4. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Paysera, our payment service provider. We do not store your full card details. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

5. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are indicated at checkout and/or on our delivery information page. Delivery dates are estimates only. Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery.

6. Right to Cancel (Distance Selling)

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If goods you purchase from us are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund, depending on how long you have owned the item:

Within 30 days of receiving the goods: if they are faulty, you are entitled to a full refund.

Between 30 days and 6 months: you must give us the opportunity to repair or replace the goods before you can request a refund.

After 6 months: you may still be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, but you may need to show that the fault was present at the time of delivery.

These statutory rights apply in addition to, and are not affected by, our Refund and Returns Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by or licensed to KHORONE LTD and may not be used without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site or products purchased, except where liability cannot be excluded by law (e.g. death, personal injury, fraud).

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruption, or failures of third-party suppliers or carriers.

11. Complaints and Alternative Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about your order, please contact us at info@khorone.co.uk and we will do our best to resolve it promptly. If we are unable to resolve your complaint directly, you may wish to refer the matter to a certified Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. Further information about ADR is available from your local Trading Standards service or the Chartered Trading Standards Institute. We are not currently obliged to use a specific ADR provider, but we will consider any reasonable request to do so.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
